PUBLIC OFFER (USER AGREEMENT)
This document is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) of LLC “Automatic Service Ukraine” (hereinafter — the “Company”) to any individual or legal entity (the “User”) to enter into a sales contract for products listed on asu.com.ua (the “Website”) under the terms set out below.
By using the Website, placing an order, or submitting personal data, the User confirms full acceptance of this Agreement.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. The Website asu.com.ua is owned and managed by LLC “Automatic Service Ukraine”,
EDRPOU 44322081, legal address: 176B B. Khmelnytskogo, Office 327, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine.
1.2. By using the Website, the User agrees to comply with this Agreement and applicable Ukrainian law.
1.3. The Company reserves the right to modify the Agreement at any time. Updates become effective upon publication on the Website.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
2.1. By providing personal data during order placement or communication, the User consents to the collection, processing, and storage of such data for order fulfillment, delivery, and marketing purposes.
2.2. Data may be transferred to third parties (delivery services, payment providers, marketing systems) solely for fulfilling obligations to the User.
2.3. The User may withdraw consent at any time by contacting info@asu.com.ua.
3. ORDERS, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
3.1. Orders can be placed via the Website or by phone.
3.2. Payments are made by bank transfer or other methods indicated on the Payment page.
3.3. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest, Delivery, and other logistics companies.
3.4. Delivery time depends on location and product availability.
4. WARRANTY, RETURNS & EXCHANGE
4.1. All products are covered by the manufacturer’s official 1-year warranty from the date of sale.
4.2. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” and the Return Policy published on the Website.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1. All content on the Website — text, images, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of LLC “Automatic Service Ukraine” and is protected under Ukrainian copyright law.
5.2. Any copying or use of materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. DISCLAIMER
6.1. All information on the Website is for reference only. The Company is not responsible for minor inaccuracies in descriptions or actions of third parties (delivery or payment services).
6.2. Use of Website materials is at the User’s own risk.
