The company returns and exchanges goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
Return and exchange terms
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Return conditions for goods of proper quality
You can return the goods or exchange them if:
the goods have not been used and do not have traces of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;
the goods are fully equipped and the factory packaging is preserved;
all labels and factory markings are preserved;
the goods retain their presentation and consumer properties.
In accordance with the Law "On Consumer Protection", the company may refuse the consumer the exchange and return of goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
