Warranty
The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of retail purchase.
The service life of the product is equal to the warranty period.
You may also have additional rights under consumer protection laws, depending on your country. This limited warranty does not affect or restrict those statutory rights.
System Warranty
During the warranty period, any defective hardware components of ASU products will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of LLC “Automatic Service Ukraine”, except for cases specified in the “Limitation of Liability” section of this document.
This limited warranty covers the cost of replacement parts and labor required to restore the product to full working condition.
At its discretion, ASU may repair or replace any defective product or part covered by this warranty with new or refurbished parts that are functionally and performance-equivalent to new products.
A repaired or replaced product (or part) under this limited warranty is covered by either:

the remaining original warranty period, or
-
a six-month warranty period from the date of repair/replacement —
whichever period is longer.
All parts and products replaced under this limited warranty become the property of ASU.
