Return and Exchange Policy
🔄 Product Returns and Exchanges
Our company accepts the return or exchange of goods in proper condition in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
⏱ Return and Exchange Period
You may return or exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
Return shipping is carried out by prior agreement with our representative.
✅ Conditions for Returning Goods in Proper Condition
You can return or exchange an item if the following conditions are met:

The product is not included in the list of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged.

The product has not been used and retains its original condition and packaging.

Less than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.

You can provide a receipt or invoice confirming the purchase.

The same product or model is available in stock.
If all these requirements are fulfilled, you are entitled to a return or exchange.
This right is guaranteed under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”
⚠️ Important
The company reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of goods in proper condition if they belong to the categories listed in the current official list of non-food items that are not subject to return or exchange under Ukrainian law.
